Equal Writes is a publication of The National Institute for Domestic Partner Estate Planning, the premier organization training, certifying, and supporting professionals to help LGBT couples with their estate planning needs. Founded by Jeffrey G. Marsocci, attorney and author of Estate Planning for Domestic Partners, this growing organization is designed to ensure that domestic partner couples have access to professionals and documents that can give life to their goals, particularly those everyday things that married couples take for granted.
This quarterly newsletter is available free of charge, and it may be downloaded and distributed freely, and attorneys and other professionals are encouraged to provide it to their clients.
